COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first couchsurfing experience was in Munich, Germany and it was fantastic!!! It opened my eyes to how hospitable and caring people can be to strangers; this whole concept really restores my faith in humanity.
I also think that couchsurfing is a great way to see the many different identities and peoples that make up a city.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The extreme constrast between rural and urban China, all in the timeframe and space of a short bus ride.

Teach, Learn, Share

Being a vegan plays a huge part of my life, as does living sustainably and being kind to our earth. I am also passionate about gender and identity; I am a feminist and am interested in gender relations in different countries and how theories translate into real life - how women negotiate their way in a patriarchal world.
