About Me
Hi!
I am Yana, a master student in Literary Studies (Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, Kyiv) and English teacher (ZNOUA, Kyiv) for 11-form students. I have been living in Kyiv for 5 years. The motto of my life is "Experience life as much as you can!", so I am quite open to communication with people who share the values that are different from mine. I am not afraid of trying different jobs to satisfy my ambitions. I am always ready to spend a half of a year in a foreign culture because this experience often widens the way I think about this world.
If you want philosophical conversations about life, it`s to me. I am practicing yoga and meditation (yes, very unexpected choice for today :), and it has brought many important insights that changed my life. If you want to discuss the current tendencies in literature, cinema or theatre, again it`s about me. Culture shapes our identities and world views, that is why I consider it to be an integral issue of our social life.
