My name is Jana, I am from Riga and from St. Petersburg. I'm 41, but I look 30, because I'm practicing myself and leading a healthy lifestyle. It is very important for me to feel good about myself, on all levels.
So I eat only natural food, but sometimes I allow myself not big pranks, but in this case they are of good quality. I also sleep at night, especially good when I have a mattress 😀 I use good skincare products and don't wear make-up.
But I'm very different, I can transform myself and adapt to circumstances.

I like to be alone with myself, because this way I relax and I always have something to do: I get new knowledge, imagine, meditate, cook, sing, listen to music, play piano, if possible and do mma.
But I also love meeting new people. It's like learning about the world all over again. I like making new friends and meeting them again. I like to see people express themselves. I like real emotion.

I am very positive, inquisitive, open-minded, energetic and at the same time very calm inside. I respect personal space. I am tidy when visiting and very fond of cleanliness and order.
