Overview
About Me
Hi there! I’m a 1998-born guy from Shenzhen, China. My friends describe me as a kind-hearted, curious, and thoughtful person. I enjoy listening to people’s stories, learning about different cultures, and sharing experiences.
I graduated from university and worked in a state-owned company for a while. Later, I chose to work in international trade, which allows me to meet friends from all over the world. I believe life is about exploring, connecting, and growing.
In my free time, you’ll find me playing console games, hiking, doing street photography, or searching for hidden gems in the city.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I’m here because I love the idea of cultural exchange. I want to meet locals, experience authentic lifestyles, and make new friends from around the world. To me, traveling is not just about seeing new places — it’s about the people I meet along the way.
Music, Movies, and Books
🎮 Console gaming (big fan of single-player adventure games)
🥾 Hiking and nature walks
📸 Photography (especially street and landscape photography)
🍜 Exploring new restaurants, cafés, and local food spots
🎶 Listening to Queen (my favorite band!)
🎬 Watching epic movies like The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In 2023, I spent half a month living and traveling around Yunnan, China. During that time, I completed several classic hiking routes, including the breathtaking Tiger Leaping Gorge and the beautiful Yubeng Village trek. It was an unforgettable adventure that brought me closer to nature and local cultures.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach:
I can teach you some basic Mandarin Chinese, share tips about doing business with China, or introduce you to Chinese food culture. If you’re interested in photography or console gaming, I’m happy to share what I know!
Learn:
I want to learn more about different cultures, local lifestyles, and hidden spots in the cities I visit. I’m also curious about cooking recipes from other countries and always happy to pick up a few words in new languages.
Share:
I can share my travel stories, good conversations, and maybe a simple meal from my hometown. I’d love to explore the city together, take photos, or just exchange life experiences.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share stories about life in China, my travel experiences in Southeast Asia, and my knowledge of local food. I’d be happy to help with Mandarin or join you for a city walk.
