best quality from CS perspective: I'm open-minded (or at least I think I am - feel free to challenge me on that :)

honest and straight forward - so sometimes when I say something it could seem I'm lacking some kind of a filter between my brain and mouth (just know that I never do that with bad intentions) - I'm constantly working on that. There has been some improvement over the past 20 years...Im sure my school teachers would agree if they met me.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

One of the best things in travelling - apart from seeing beautiful places and tasting great food is meeting people ... with Couchsurfing you can have it even when you don't have time or money for travelling - you can make an "almost-holiday" experience at your own place I guess this is why I subscribed few years back :)

So far I have only been hosting people from around the world - and have to say 95% of it was a great experience!

Interests

well...I still haven't discovered my super hobby so I keep trying new things :)

recently I have discovered that I very much enjoy painting...not saying I'm good at it...just that I like it. it relaxes me. just like swimming.

I spend a lot of time with my friends (chatting, cooking, playing board games) and my family (mostly chatting, laughing and eating - still wasn't able to make them play board games) but I also need a large amount of "my, myself & I time"

I read a lot about psychology - figured it would help me understand myself and others better and is way cheaper than a therapist :)

Music, Movies, and Books

music...depends on the day, on the mood and on what I'm doing - but it's there most of time when I'm not asleep. very powerful tool in driving your mood in some direction. I don't have any favorite type of music (rather avoid blues, reggae and heavy metal) anything from classical to hard rock will do as long as it awakes some emotions. love string sections. adore live music.

movies - open to all genres apart from horrors which at this point just scare me and I hate being scared. 50/50, Sliding Doors, The Good Year, Joe Black, The Shawshank Redemption, The Green Mile, The Fisher King (and dozens of others of which titles I simply cant recall right now when Im typing this...grrr).
