ABOUT ME

[ please, take a couple of min to review the info I posted here about us and the room we offer - if it's a CS request, please, use the Request form, not a message! ]

We're a breton-french (Yann) and portuguese-french (Simone) couple and have a 3 years old little boy. When not travelling we have an old stone-house in Britany (western part of France). We're both musicians (Celtic world music, you can hear it here: http://astrakanproject.com or https://www.facebook.com/astrakanproject).

We travel as much as we can, generally by car, we like to cross Europe and specially the Balkan area. We like to meet people, discover their culture, their languages, habits, traditions, and specially music. Since we have some contacts for small concerts abroad sometimes, we start to consider that couch-surfing could be a nice option to meet local people and to manage it within budget.

We enjoy going out for tea or for a drink, to listen to music or just for a talk but in the week-end mainly. And also... to do nothing!

PHILOSOPHY

Keeping Harmony, Love, Respect and Peace within our Home for our little boy is an essential thing for us. So, PLEASE, we expect that our visitors will respect it, we are not willing to have to deal with couples having fights or arguments, or not stable enough, or feeling strong disagreement between them (yes, it happens... a lot!). In short words: we are passionate people that don't want DRAMA!

Equality of rights between man and woman, as well as deep respect for different cultures and languages are things we cannot compromise with, and that we try to bring awareness about to our little boy.

We have very little religious practices, we celebrate seasons, and a few traditions from pagan background. Also we have a deep respect for environment.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

As host only so far, and at that time we were living in Istanbul. We also welcome people we've met on-line and had, in most of cases, good experiences about it.

Not much as couch travellers, we really wish we could find some hosts sometimes, it never happened so far! :) But we're lucky to have quite a lot of friends spread all around Europe at whom we can stay while travelling.

我可以与沙发主分享些什么

* We'll be happy to host you if we're in Brittany at that particular time.

* We can teach you basic Breton language and Breton dances

* Tell you about local habits, show you or direct you to magical places in Central Brittany

* We have Wifi Internet in the house and can provide you the passwords.

* Pick you up from a local train station (Plouaret, Morlaix, Guingamp) if we organise it in advance

Sorry but we can't:

* If you contact us, if it's for a couch, please use CS request for couch, not a message, it makes it easier for us to manage.

* Since we are always planning for concerts, we can not take early couch suffers - you can contact us in advance so that we get to know each other, but we can't guaranty anything more than 3 weeks in advance.
