I love travelling - I want to spend as much of my life as possible doing it and experiencing different cultures. I love music - all kinds really, especially jazz (I play the trumpet and piano [kind of]). I also enjoy a good book, film, or nature documentary. Big into rugby too. Things rarely fail to interest me.

I like Acoustic Ladyland, Erik Truffaz, Neutral Milk Hotel... I'm pretty easy to please when it comes to films, and Italo Calvino and Flann O'Brien are probably my favourite authors at the moment.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm trying to learn Swedish at the moment since I'll be spending some time in Stockholm, so any help with that would be much appreciated! As for what I can offer... well I do neuroscience research so can talk a bit about how our brain works. I enjoy a good discussion about anything really.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can teach some Gaelic (Irish), French or English, and cook up a reasonably nice meal. I'm pretty good with computers. Happy to help in whatever way I can!
