Funny that in Shanghai, two kinds of people are the worst: who can speak fluent English(or had abroad education background), who's born abroad but with Chinese root. They think they are superior than other Chinese people, and they are pretty arrogant and weird.

Just a reminder: be careful of someone who's organizing an event or party here in Shanghai on CS, they are promoters or using foreigners as a tool for their business. Like one guy I knew here named Miller_G, this dumb selfish arrogant racist almost ruined my good feelings toward CS. He's so pathetic that he only uses CS as a tool to make foreign friends and make money from them, since he got no other channels. Check his profile pics, there's no one with Chinese. Btw, now he's running an organization specifically targeting foreigners here, selling their tours of luxury hot spring stuff. PLEASE BE CAREFUL!有幸见识了一个36岁男人的心胸狭窄和没有品位，对于这种跪舔外国人的屌丝，我也只能呵呵了。后来发现他开始经营一个专门赚外国人钱的组织，叫M2（不是那个club），基本上都是豪华度假酒店之类的活动，请警惕！

ABOUT ME

Well, generally I'm nuts, lol at least my friends saying so sometimes, especially talking about traveling.
I'm just an easy going person who loves to travel, to make friends and to experience different life styles. I've been to many places by far, but still, so many miracles that god made are waiting for me to explore. And I believe, luck is the only thing you need when traveling.

I do sports, like snowboard, surfing, swimming, also some extreme sports like rope jump or sky diving(well, not that often). My biggest interest is music. Now I'm a soprano of Echo Chamber Singers in Shanghai, we just did our 5 year anniversary concert in May, 2014. Of course I sing solo more often( everyone knows Chinese ppl are crazy about karaoke ;p). Usually I listen to electronic, pop, jazz, blues, classical..and almost all kinds of music. Awrrr, I played the violin.

Still have a question: hosts here really love to receive requests rather than msgs? Cuz I thought msgs would be more polite and gentler. Feel great if u can answer that question!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

When I was traveling in Moscow, I tried couchsurfing once with my Russian friend. It's a nice experience and we became good friends with the host guy.

Also I did couchsurfing in Europe, a lot f fun.

all kinds of movies especially comedy and detective ones.
SF and detective novels are my favorite, well sometimes some poets.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was in Boracay, I saw the full moon with the stars spread all over the dark sky. At the same time, the waves touched my bare toes, and the fresh breezes came across my hairs. A handsome, nice gentleman was dancing with me in my singing, just us in the beach. What a wonderful night!!!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you some Chinese stuff, the language, the history and culture , the Chine foreigners never knew. Also I can tell you some skills or techniques in traveling or helping you to make your travel plan(especially to Southeast Asian countries). If you are interested in photography, maybe we can share our experience of doing this, well I'm not an expert though.
I wanna learn the local language for sure!!!! If you are familiar with the history or culture of your town, you will have a good listener here!
Really wanna know some special life style I've never had before. And do please share your stories with me, no matter it's good or a tragedy.
