Hey, guys. I was born and raised in China and I am pursuing my bachelor's degree in Canada. I am fortunate that I can do a one-semester exchange program in Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium. My mother tongue is Chinese(Cantonese & Mandarin), fluent in English and I have been learning French for 1 year (A2 level). Since I am still a student, I didn't travel much (I've only been to Montreal, New Brunswick, Halifax, Xiamen and Hongkong).

One of the reasons I chose to exchange in Belgium is that allows me to travel around Europe which would be so awesome to meet different people. At the same time, the meaning of traveling is to learn and experience the local culture. Also, it would be possible to exchange some ideas/thoughts with others.

I was working at the summer camp in Canada this year. All the campers are the people who have physical or/and cognitive disabilities. To be honest, I didn't like it because I didn't do any personal care before. But later on, I found out that it was just nothing. And realising that they have been waiting a whole year to come here, this is their paradise. So I want to bring fun to them and I actually like having a lot of fun with them. I have made some connection with the campers and my collegues, which is really unforgotable experience.
