About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Be cultured, live life and not having any regret and see the world and expand my knowledge

ABOUT ME

I went to art school for almost 8 years in New York City. Now looking back, do I really have the talent to be an artist. Maybe it is too late to think that question now. Since graduating, i've been working like a slave, not very happy about my life, and not making any of my own stuff. I've been thinking about traveling for almost five years before actually making one. My friend threatened to de-friend me if i don't travel and she introduces me to couchsurfing. And now, i don't know how to thank her for opening me up to this amazing cultural exchange. My first ever couchsurfing experience is nothing short of magical. The people in CS are absolutely angel. I haven't had any bad experiences.

I've lived in new york city for 21 years before making my first travel outside of the country. I traveled to Europe in October 2010 for the first time and I love it so much that i am returning the summer of 2011. I like to be busy and doing a lot of thing and learning and enjoying as much as possible and be spontaneous and optimistic. Live life and learn and don't look back and have no regret.

PHILOSOPHY

Live life. Learn your mistake, make amend. Loving someone and be loved back. Making art and create things. These are the things that will make me happy - maybe, not sure!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I went to some of the Couchsurfing events in Berlin. It was amazing. You meet people from all over the world and you have beer with them...

When i return to NYC, i would love to create similar events and introduce people to the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

October 2010 was my first couchsurfing experience and the Germans stole my heart so i will return in summer 2011 to rekindle that love. Traveling to Germany is the smartest decision that i have made so far. Germany, i love you....please love me back. i am harmless!!!!!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Going to Europe - i hope- will change my life forever. Will open my eyes for the better. Learning how others live....

Teach, Learn, Share

I live in New York City for 22 years now. New York City is my home and it is a multicultural society, which is a beautiful thing. I am open-minded, and willing to listen and communicate with people from all cultures. I am also an artist. I like observing myriad facets of culture differences. I am striving to understand who i am by going to different places. I don't want to be in a comfortable situation because then you will never progress or grow. By going into unfamiliar territory, that allows me to live and grow. That is a situation that i want to be at. I also know that i am pushing myself to the limit. So this will be my first time to Europe, by myself, which might be a horrible experience or a great experience, or the unknown experience which is still an experience. So i want to venture and push myself and become a better person when i come back home. I like to share my knowledge with others. Love to help people.... Jackie Robinson once said "A life is not important except in the impact it has on other lives" and couchsurfing, i feel, can do that.
