I would say that yoga changed my life radically. I used to live in pain, which did not even let me sleep. These days, however, I can enjoy every day, having an active lifestyle ☺️

I can do whatever the host wants, namely talk, walk, cook, drink and such. I am also always happy to help with house chores and fixing broken stuff ☺️
