About Me
(I usually travel with my boyfriend Marek, so this profile is actually about both of us.)
I am a photographer and Marek works in IT. But we both love taking photos, so when we travel we always have our good old analogue cameras with us. I have studied scandinavian languages and spent a year in Stockholm as an exchange student. In 2015 we both moved to Budapest for a while. We really loved it and we miss Hungary a lot. You can see some photos from our travels on my blog here: http://traveldiary.aniamargoszczyn.pl/en/
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Our best travel memories are thanks to those fantastic people that hosted us and shared a bit of their lives with us :) Some of them even became our friends for longer, and that's why we really love CS!
We try to travel a lot, so we surf a bit more than host, but during last years we were also lucky to host some really great people at our home in Poznań and in Budapest.
Interests
Travelling (of course!) and then while travelling, we usually try to find some non-tourist places, we LOVE trying local food and visiting all kinds of fleamarkets and second hands - with clothes, books, comics, vinyls, everything!
I love trying all kinds of DIY projects - from knitting and embroidery to simple pottery.
Marek is a fan of comics, retro games and Lego.
I prefer sea to mountains, I'm definitely a 'water person', I couldn't live in a place where there is no river. I am fascinated by everything "up there in the north", i'd love to see every part of it, from Iceland, Svalbard, whole Scandinavia to Canada. And then, after visiting all of this, we'd love to move to Berlin.
