About Me

Hello! My name is Yaser, a 20 year-old travelling enthusiast and student majoring on translation studies. I travel in the times left from my school and job, and loving it. I haven't seen all the places (obviously, I'm 20) but I'm getting there :D I've started a new way of travelling what I call ''the new series'' and during that I can only hitchhike my way and couchsurf or crush on friends :D Currently I'm trying this way out in the country and if I get used to it I'll be going abroad this way. Can't wait the time I'll be hanging out with you!!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I travel a lot already and I think spending time with locals and learning about their lifestyle and culture is what makes travelling interesting. And couchsurfing seemed like the perfect fit for it. I'll be travelling in the country for some time but, one can never know :D

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't discriminate types or genres but if I had to choose my all time favorites, I would go with Trollabundin by Eivør in music, Thelma in movies and Percy Jackson series in books for giving me such great childhood memories :D

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

um... staying alive? :D just kidding. I once slept in a room full of ants and by saying full, I mean a couple thousand including the flying ones :D it may not be as amazing for most of the people but considering I'm afraid of bugs... It was pretty amazing :D.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm teaching English in language courses when I'm not in school or travelling (actually I'm planning my travels according to my job) So, I don't mind teaching a few things in the languages I know. Also I'm not the best traveler but I have my own stories and I think I am a good story-teller. And I can speak for hours, not caring the topic, I just like talking. I'm a good listener too, so I'll listen to what you're telling and share my ideas. Sharing is caring.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Stories, chores, good food and an ok eye of photography (not claiming to be the best). On top all of that, 2 cups of coffee (on me) and a never-ending conversation on deep stuff. Deep part is optional, I can ramble on as well :D
