I am a grad student in Chemistry from India, pursuing my masters project in EPFL, Lausanne, Switzerland. :)
I am a man consumed by wanderlust; I love travelling, meeting new people and exploring new cultures, food, etc.
I also harbor a love for languages and I am currently learning French and German and would like to improve it. :)

Fine arts especially Charcoal sketching, pastels and watercolors are my passion, the other being good dine and wine. :P

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've explored many countries and cities in europe but I've mainly travelled solo or with the friends I made during it, but I want to explore the beauty and culture of them though the eyes of locals and explore places hidden from tourists which satiates my thirst for art and culture. I don't want to be a tourist anymore I want to be a traveler.
Besides absorbing and learning new cultures and listening to the experiences of others, I want to share my experiences, Indian culture, philosophy, etc.

I have a great interest in Indian philosphy and its connection to the west and henceforth my love for books by Devdutta Patnayak.
Love Electronica, EDM, Trance, House, Alternative, rock, pop... Would love to explore Jazz music as it quite intrigues me

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Bagpacking solo throughout Europe during my summer internship in Germany (2017) and Switzerland (2016).
Spontaneous trip to Nepal...made plans with my friend in a cafe at night went back to my hostel, packed my bags and Voila....there we were.. Travelling to Pokara, Nepal. :P
