I love to learn new things and to be challenged physically and mentally. I enjoy intelligent conversation though I don't take myself seriously!
Music is my number one love, of which I have a very eclectic taste. Going to live shows, live music bars, clubs and festivals is money well spent in my eyes.
I also love to hike and climb and spend time out of the city to see some lovely countryside where my mobile phone is no longer useful. The Lake District is one of my favourite places to be; its good for the soul ☺️.
I am a huge foodie and so cooking at home or dining out puts a smile on my face!

Music - my taste is extremely eclectic and it just depends on my mood. However some of my favourite bands/genres include Ska, Reggae, Dance, dnb, dub, jungle, Pink Floyd, Fat Freddies Drop, TV on the Radio, Radiohead, Bon Iver, Led Zeppelin, Metronomy, BB King, Fats Domino, a huge mixture of rock and indie (old and new) Soul, funk etc. Generally if it's on BBC 6 music I'll probably like it!
