ABOUT ME

I'm a student (and a pretty sterotypical one too!), I play guitar, I drink, I love films and pretty much everything film related, I'm working on writing a screenplay right now (just a little side hobby of mine) but I try not to go on and on about it so don't worry! I absolutely love this city and I'd say I know a fair few random interesting facts about it and I've shown quite a few people around the city and i don't really get bored of it, I also know quite a few cool places that might be hard to find otherwise, but mostly i love to meet new people so send me a message! =)

PHILOSOPHY

The way I figure it, is that happiness is what we're all chasing but its something you shouldn't ever really find, because as soon as you achieve it, what do you have left to work towards? We all need goals that are within reach but when we reach them the knowledge of achieving it should keep producing happiness or you'll be lost and not know what to do anymore.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I participate really by showing people the city and parts of it that I think I would miss if I was a tourist, I think its all about getting a balanced view of the city, both the touristy things and how people just live normally in this city.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I travelled around europe for a month and met loads of people through couchsurfing and it was definitely an awesome experience and it saved us once or twice from making really stupid decisions that our hosts warned us against. Its definitely an awesome idea and a great way to get different people together.

Interests

Guitar, Film, Music, Juggling (devil sticks, juggling balls and i'm learning staff right now), Acting (hoping to go to Fringe festival next year with a production, unfortunately couldn't go this year =/) but i always have trouble with these lists, my friends will tell you my favourite hobby is complaining (but its mostly just about other things, don't worry, I wont just criticise you =P)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Went paragliding in Cyprus once, that was pretty awesome, looking forward to hopefully going bungee jumping and skydiving this year though! =)

Teach, Learn, Share

My only realy skill that I can teach on to you are devil sticks and juggling, and hopefully staff soon as well. I can also teach you to speak a bit of arabic but it seems a lot of people feel like dying when i do that...so we should probably avoid it =)
