Hi! I’m Yasu. I’m a chill guy that loves meeting new people, endless conversations over drinks, and talking about each others passions. Let’s meet up!😁

I’m the type of guy who loves (somewhat useless) metaphysical questions and can spend an entire day thinking about and digging deeper about abstract topics.

I love to travel because it releases me from the “context” in which we tend to live our lives (whether that be ethnic context, context of community, etc.) and lets me come up with thoughts and ideas that won’t come to me in my daily life back home.

Right now I’m studying engineering (computer science, applied math) in Tokyo University. I suck at studying what I’m told to (that’s why I’m in my 5th year of UG🙄) but can spend all day studying something I find interesting or valuable.

I’m ethnically Japanese, but lived in the US for a long time so I’m consider myself both Japanese and American.

Just an FYI: I am straight, but I am respecting of all sexual orientations👍

I’m an amateur boxer (6 years, college titleholder) and judo-ka (10 years, black belt) so I can teach you these sports💪 Don’t worry- I’m a lover not a fighter (but you gotta know how to fight to protect what you love!)
