About Me

Software engineer by profession and travel for passion. Mountains and roads are whats excites me. Travel for me is all about going on a hike/trek, conquering the roads by bike and trying out the local cuisine. I strongly believe that its all about the journey than the destination.

Biking: Dream is to circle India by motor-biking. My rides so far :- Srinagar-Kargil-Leh-Manali, Bangalore-Vizag-Kolkat-Sikkim-Bhutan, Bangalore-Mumbai-Gujarat, entire south India and Rajasthan.

Trekking: Himalayas fascinated me when I first touched down at Leh. From then I made a promise to myself to go for a trek in Himalayas at-least once a year. My high altitude treks so far :- Roopkund(Uttrakand) 16,040 ft and Goecha-La(Sikkim) 16,300 ft, Kang-Yatse(19,000 ft), Kalihani Pass(15,500ft), Bali pass(16,000 ft).

Foodie: Love street food and given a chance I'd like to try the local dishes/drinks as much as I can. Anytime in for a cup of coffee.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Motor biking all the way from Bangalore to Bhutan covering around 5680 kms in some 21 days. The path covered not only different states within the country but also inter-nation covering 2 countries. I must say it was one hell of a ride!
