About Me
Hi!
I'm shy and reserved at first but once I get comfortable, I won't stop talking. I'm friendly (I insist), open-minded, adventurous, curious, and a little OCD about punctuality.
I love to laugh, have fun, and learn from the mistakes of others instead of my own.
I'm still searching for what I'm truly passionate about so in the interim, I'm studying biomedicine in university with the goal of becoming a doctor (typical, I know).
I'd much rather spend all my time travelling the world but alas can only do so for 4 months of the year due to school and monetary restrictions. Summer 2015 is dedicated to South America :D
:)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Going somewhere new is as much about the place itself as the people you meet. I would love for a way to gain a deeper understanding of the culture I'm in through interacting my with couch surfing host. It's a great interface to meet new people from very different walks of life, expand my knowledge, and grow from the experiences I'll forge.
I've been skeptical but feel I finally have enough travel experience under my belt and heard enough positive experiences from friends to give this a shot.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Backpacked through Thailand alone at 17.
Backpacked through Europe alone at 18.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach: I can teach you to swim, Organic Chemistry, Cellular Biology, Anatomy...I joke. Truthfully, probably just swimming (if you don't already know) and English.
Learn: Whatever you want to impart on me. Talk to me about the politics in your country, the social issues, the cool cultural traditions, your grade 8 self, the last time you were pick-pocketed...
Share:
My supreme ability to dance once the alcohol kicks in :)

My sense of adventure and willingness to try new things.
My dry humour (it's like a desert) and cheesy one liners.
