ABOUT ME

I've lived in a lot of places, have had many different lifestyles, but one thing that has been constant is my love of traveling.

I have traveled a lot in my life. I love it and will take any opportunity to go to a place I haven't yet been.

I am funny, fun, opinionated, knowledgeable, very open-minded, easy-going, and a quick study.

My dream vacation would be taking a few months off and driving to Alaska.

I know when it's time to be quiet and I know when it's time to party. I love Scotch and comic books. Together they make a great combination.

I have gone to a lot of live shows thanks to having written for a San Francisco music review website.

PHILOSOPHY

My goal is to fully realize who I am...although it is kinda daunting right?

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I host and have been hosted. At some point I'd like to check out one of the gatherings, but until then, I'll stick with hosting.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been fortunate enough to surf couches in South Korea and in Iceland.

I have hosted a couple of groups and hopefully my school schedule will allow for more.

After deciding to go to Seoul I thought joining would be a good idea so I could meet people in Seoul who know the area and would like to hang.

It was probably the best idea ever and now I tell all my friends about it. I then met some cool people in Iceland and had an awesome time because of it.

Music: I've had very long lists here. I am listening to The Fall a lot right now, Mary J. Blige, Too $hort, Rural Alberta Advantage, The Concretes, Classical, Shout Out Louds

I am only reading law books right now, don't even have time for comics :(

Tried starting a union at Peet's Coffee when I was living in Santa Cruz, quite an experience.

I also co-hosted a Pirate Radio Show, have been going to a Sufi meditation class since I was 14, currently write for a San Francisco music blog, have done many varied jobs.

Stopped a robbery in my own home.

My most memorable experience would have to be summers in Turkey.

Have been a student of meditation for about 14 years now.

I have tons of knowledge in tea and coffee. I also can teach people about law, marketing, websites, comics, and cooking.

I can cook up a storm and love making things. I've been on a veggie kick for a while now. I occasionally eat meat and can cook it like a champ, but I find veggies and beans and such have a much better flavor profile.
