About Me
Hi there ! I'm Yassine, little french-moroccan dude living with my girlfriend and our dog in the a little village in the Cevennes. I'm like everyone, trying to survive in this cruel world ans struggling for make it better.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I don't remember exactly when I got registred but it was some years ago (I was just 18yr old) for my first hitchiking trip in Balkans. Then I met travellers, I have been hosted and I hosted also.
For me, CS is not about having a free location during your holidays. Unfortunately when it comes to inter-continental travels, I feel that CS is often about western and wealthy people getting hosted at places owned by people who cannot afford such travels. It's a one-way thing : you all know how hard it is for non-western people to travel...
So basically CS should be (and is) a way to link people who has the same values and sensibility. An alternative way of travelling which makes us closer with the idea of non having borders...
