ABOUT ME
Five years ago, after I got my bachelor degree in Chemistry, I started learning Russian and I ended up staying on a Ukrainian farm for six months. Then I hitchhiked towards Mongolia, crossing the Black and the Caspian Sea by boat, and came back through Russia. In the end I actually spent more time in Kazakhstan and being on the way than I actually was in Mongolia but it was worth it. After an unsuccessful attempt to settle down in Belgium I decided to go to Central America. I hitchhiked all around, from Mexico to Panama, and lived in the jungle of Costa Rica for almost a year. I am back on my old continent now, and making my way around here, studying Soil Sciences in Belgium, Austria and Germany.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I think this is the best way to meet kind, interesting, inspiring people and have a sense of normal every day life while travelling, or a sense of travelling while living your every day life
Interests
I would describe myself as a calm, respectful and open-minded person.
I think I have a preference for listenning to other people talking but there are some topics on which I could talk about for hours.
I like animals, forests, lakes and mountains, being outside, walking, discovering abandonned urban places, climbing and sharing comfortable silences with comfortable people.
I read a lot and I play music sometimes.
Once in a while I really crave for a coffee with a cigarette and chocolate.
