About Me
Hey guys!
I'm Kate – born is Russia, raised in Berlin, Germany and now finishing my Master's in a beautiful city in eastern Germany. I enjoy meeting my friends for a beer or Gin Tonic, visiting galleries & theaters as well as music concerts. I'm a really bad cook, but I love vegetarian food & cheese is my favorite thing in the world. I enjoy meeting new faces and hearing their stories.
One of my main interests is technology and the startup scene, mainly focused on IoT and smart cities.
In my spare time I like diving, watching random TV-Shows, produce short films and well, drink beer.
I'm an energetic, open-minded honest and quite sarcastic human. I can be loud, but I also can be shy and quite. Aaaaaand 420 friendly.
Thats it. No, not really. But figure it out yourself ;)

Music, Movies, and Books
Most of the time I love listening to neo-classic, it's just beyond amazing. Federico Albanese, Grandbrothers, Nils Frahm – you should give them a try! In clubs I prefer techno and deep house, it's Beyonce, TLC and The Weeknd in the shower and german Hip Hop as a boost for confidence.
Movies. Probably also all of the stuff the basic hipster human would list, I guess. My secret obsession are catastrophe (trash) movies, because CGI there gives me life.
I didn't find munch time reading books for fun in the last couple of years, but I like Russia's sad boys club, even though "war & peace" was a drag to read. French boys come second: Beigbeder & Sartre, but it's actually a crime to put them in the same sentence. And Wittgenstein, Byung-Chul Han & Fromm in hope to find answers about this funny thing called life.
