ABOUT ME

I have a dream, which I think lots of people have the same, travel around the world. I made up my mind to travel at least a country a year since I was 18. I became long-term traveller since 2007, because I went working holiday for a year in New Zealand. The experience expanded my mind! I have been working and travelling in Australia, Japan, and now in Canada. I wish I can keep going on, but unfortunately, I passed the age limit. I don't get it though, why working holiday has to has a age limit. Anyway, I will find out other ways. Always getting exciting for next destination.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Knew about this site from a friend, though I never pay much attention on "internet social sites". Still I believe travelling is the best way of social. We just need to depend on technology sometimes.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Since I known this site, I have been travelling. So I haven't host anyone yet, because I am not home at all. Why I haven't surf yet, because I haven't travelled a county without a friend there^_^ Once you started travelling you make friends and then you are having more destination to go.^_^ This time I am trying a new way to make new friends.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The amazing thing I have done is I decided to quit and started a new life style. In this journey, I have done lots I wouldn't have done in my own country. For example, my first snowing day was 2010 in Japan (Taiwan is subtropical), then I felt in love with snowboarding, now I am living in the Canadian Rockies where we have 6 months snow season!

I don't really know what I can teach, but I am for sure can share my travel experiences, my cooking, my culture, my ideas. I speak few languages, I travelled several countries, I have different culture blend. I would like to learn different life views, culture, interesting ideas. Sharing is always the best in life.
