Hey guys! I'm Yejun Kimme from Seoul, South Korea.
But I spent most of my time in China(for like 17 years).

I am studying Architecture right now and loves to stroll cities full of inspiring buildings.

Also I am a huge huge fan of football and love books.
I always carry two to four books when I am on the road. It's always too hard to read when on semester ((

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've traveled most Asia countries. And what I felt was that sight-seeings are not really what matters. The more I traveled I was tired of consumerism and tourism.

I wasn't able to feel any connection between me and hotel concierge. And I got to know about CS. It's all about people and culture. I've always thought that people participate to culture. That makes people the culture itself. What really matters is people. Modern society tends to deceive us that we are just consumers. Celebrities and fancy houses are often idolized. And that makes us feel we are just an average. But no. I'm carrying something. And you are carrying something. We've been carrying our life. I want to meet people, learn about their culture, and their life, thoughts, philosophy. I would share my thoughts and life too.

Milan Kundera, Camus, Umberto Eco, George Orwell, Jack Kerouac, Shakespeare, mostly classics. Among them I like [The Unbearable Lightness of Being] most.

Hitchhiking and couchsurfing Europe for month.
