Hello my name is Abel and I've lived in the Essaouira for over three years, originally from Rabat. As a musician, street artist and foodie, Essaouira is my slice of paradise that I now call home. I traveled, lived and worked during my twenties in America, UK,Middle East, Turkey and Europe. Amazing life lessons and amazing people, I wish now to be the host and welcome travelers to my country.
I love art and music and learning from every individual that i meet...
I believe that every moment is an opportunity to celebrate unify and dream together...

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I want to meet and learn from each individual from all over the world.
Our project is a vision of harmonious coexistence thru art & music. The concept is manifested in our ‘’Artel’’ house, with the mission to develop an open Art Residency. We want to give artists space to realize their ideas by transforming our ‘’Artel’’ to a live-in gallery of creativity.
We often have passing musicians that will stay in the Yellow Submarine for a while, participating in the life & evolution of the ‘’Artel’’. The team does charity work in local orphanages regularly, bringing joy & fun to the children by doing juggling, fire shows, & many activities in which they can participate.
We ask for a 5 Euro donation per night to all couch surfers and help in the Artel for an hour each day.
