ABOUT ME

One of the interesting parts about travelling is meeting people from different backgrounds and cultures. The most-asked-question from the people I met is my nationality. There is always a confusion because I look Chinese (or Japanese or Korean to them) but I am not from China; I am a Malaysian but I am not a Malay. As always, I'm more than happy to answer them and share with them the beauty of multi-ethnicity, cultures and religions in my country.

Basically, I'm outspoken and passionate. I love to speak to people I met in my journey and enjoy their accompaniment. I love dining and outings with family and friends. During weekends, we go hiking, swimming and jogging. Occasionally, we travel to other towns for a weekend.

Sometimes, I can be quite sentimental. My tears fall when I feel touched. It could be for a movie or a novel. So, don't be surprised to see my tears in a movie or while I am reading.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My sister is a couch-surfer. Since joining, she has offered accommodation for travelers from different countries. I had a good chat with some of them and brought them around to some places in Malaysia. I found this is very meaningful, because the acquaintances never ended up here but continues to grow into a wonderful friendship.

I enjoy listening to musics and can play some simple piano pieces. I listen to a variety of musics such as classical, pop, swing jazz, alternative rock, Gothic, new age etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have done many things which (I think they)are amazing. I had just recently participated in a rally to advocate for a fair and clean election in my country.
