ABOUT ME

My name is Mathieu, and I am currently traveling with Sarah. We love to get to know new places and meet new people. We are very respectful and easygoing, and would sincerely enjoy hosting as well as being hosted.

I am from France and Sarah is from Ecuador, and we travel back and forth between countries often. Sarah is completing her Ph.D. in Geography, so even while traveling she writes a lot.

PHILOSOPHY

We live the life that we choose to live. Love and respect all others, and treat everyone as we would like to be treated.

Music: There's too much to list! We have extremely broad tastes regarding genres. Everything that's good, really.

Books: Gabriel García Márquez, John Irving, James Scott, Richard Adams... Oh, and soooo much more.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

That's a difficult one to answer. Doing fieldwork in some of the most remote areas of the western Amazon Basin could be one of these.

Teach, Learn, Share

Mathieu can teach French and weaving, and Sarah can teach Spanish and some great Ecuadorian cooking.
