I am Yeyeng and that's what my friends and family usually call me. When we meet call me Yeng or Yeyeng. I'd rather be called by that tag than my real name. It's like my label already.

I love to travel. I mean a lot. I love to explore places I have never been into and the fact that Philippines has a lot of places to explore feeds my wanderlust. I wanna explore the whole Philippines. I wanna dive cliffs, enjoy sunny day on a beach, climb mountains and jump on a waterfalls. If you rate my interests on adventure that would surpass the value of 10 because I really want to travel more than any other activities.

I wanna explore Philippines and set foot on 81 provinces first before I will fly out of the country. That would be a steps of a ladder of my happiness. There have still been a lot of places to explore in Philippines so as much as possible I could explore if not all, most of the known destinations here. I wanna go to Batanes real bad and Palawan. Those places I am dying to go to.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing because I want to meet friends. Basically that's just that. I wanna meet new people. Secondary to that is I could find help from local travelers whenever I get to visit their place. And least is when I need badly an accommodation then I could hop in and find someone to host me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Amazing thing I've done is when I solo travel Maguindanao and I went to the pink mosque of Datu Dimaukom Masjid in Datu Saudi Ampatuan where it is just only adjacent municipality of Mamasapano where many MILF are residing. I got to explore the place and I can say people there are friendly. I can negate the notion that they are dangerous. In fact they are very welcoming and smiling people.

I like to teach people abkut the culture and good places here in the Philippines. I want them to see the beauty of our country.
