About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Having a lot of those life-affirming moments; you know, sticking your head out of an open train window at dawn?
ABOUT ME
Traveling is very important to me. I thank my parents for raising me to enjoy total improvisation when it comes to surfing the globe. I don't believe in long term plans, I do believe in making conscious decisions that will lead to an adventurous "good life" in the long run.
In the end it is all about the good stories one can tell.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Right now I am in the U.S. going to College, (while crashing in some one else's house) so I have no proper place to host people. As soon as I have found my new house, I am totally willing to let people stay at my place. (which will look amazing...)
Of course I would also like to use the possibility of couch surfing on other people couches, wherever my next trip will lead me.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have surfed on many couches, and in many spare bedrooms. In the past I have always done this through my own limited range of addresses. (Independent-couch-surfing) This website makes an awful lot of sense to me.

Music, Movies, and Books
Yes, all of that!
A few of my favorite movies are; Me and You and Everyone we know, The science of sleep, Harold and Maude, I<3huckabees, The big Lebowski, As it is in heaven, Modern Times, 8½.
Music, what I'd do without her I don't know.
Most listened to on my mp3 right now - The arcade fire, Sufjan Stevens, Rufus Wainwright, Elliot Smith, Ane Brun, Bright Eyes, Cocorosie, Joni Mitchell, Of Montreal, the Presets and more and more and more.
I enjoy a good book, am pretty selective when it comes to reading. Contemporary writers such as Jonathan Safran Foer and Nicole Krauss are very inspiring to me. I find Miranda July's "No one belongs here more than You" pretty wonderful.
