About Me

CURRENT MISSION

eat eat eat- be happy!

ABOUT ME

Hi!

I'm kind of shy, but think that I can make meeting new people a kind of challenge for myself. I can often be found at coffee or dessert shops with a book, reading about and delving into the life of the characters. I like to practice my Mandarin when possible, but I'm afraid it's not as good as it used to be. I also like listening to people speaking foreign languages (preferably ones I semi-understand like Japanese and a tiny bit of Spanish, but hey, everything else is good too). I love listening to people talk about their lives, where they've been, the good food they've had.
I'm really open to talk/chat about everything and anything.

I sometimes have terrible memory.

PHILOSOPHY

To be happy! I think it's really important to be happy. Happiness doesn't have to mean loud and obnoxious, but it's really a peace of mind you have to find.

"Be comfortable being uncomfortable," my dad always reminds me. It's important to try things new, and maybe say things in certain situations because you might regret it if you don't.

You know you've found a good friend when the silence isn't awkward.

TRY all the new/good food you can :) Good food is not only about the taste, but the setting, the experience--it's a memory!
