ABOUT ME

I'm a dedicated music fan. A grade 8 drummer myself, taught drums to a few students back at home as well as played in a few bands. Couldn't bring my drums with me on my travels so the guitar was the next best option which I've been playing a lot! I am also pretty passionate about photography, especially using film over digital. I like to keep active, at home mainly surfing, scuba diving, tree climbing, skateboarding - and i take up every opportunity to do these wherever i am in the world.
I think of myself as a creative, active, musical, social, easy going person. Really open minded and ever curios, don't mind making a fool of myself and always up for new experiences. A secret nerd when it comes to technology and always available to help people out with anything.

Travelling couch surfer at the moment with the intention of hosting when i stop and have a couch to offer!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Ive had some awesome couch surfing experiences and met some great people. I'm yet to host as i don't have a couch but when i stop travelling and buy one, I'll do my best to be a great host :)

Interessen

Surfing, rock jumping, walking, camping, cycling, scuba diving, socialising, attending and performing in gigs, exploring new places, drawing, taking pictures, skating, carpentry, making skateboards/bellyboards/surfboards and being generally creative in-between.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

So hard to narrow it down... Music - everything from Hendrix, Pink Floyd and Jefferson Airplane to The Smiths, Joy Division and the Sex Pistols to Beastie Boys, The Streets and Prodigy to Best Coast, Arctic Monkeys and Sun Kil Moon.
Movies - Matrix, Moon, Oh Brother Where Art Thou, Walk The Line, Lords of Dogtown, Control etc. etc.
Books - Not a massive reader but more on the factual side of things - A Briefer History of Space and Time, The Holy Blood and the Holy Grail, Saltwater Buddha.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

What I'm doing right now is the most amazing thing I've done - travelling through America and Canada, meeting people, seeing new places and just living and loving life.

Im willing to teach and share everything i know. Drums, guitar, surfing, skating, swimming, photography etc. I pick things up quickly and would also like to lean anything you have to offer!
