About Me

**NOTE: I'm currently away from home. So, won't be able to host for quite a while.

CURRENT MISSION

It can be a fantasy.. but I have to come back to reality. Hmphh.... ^_^

ABOUT ME

I'm from Kuantan and am currently based in Kuantan as well. When I was attending university in Selangor, I make it a point to go back to Kuantan as often as possible because.. I just find it good to be home.. and.. traffic jam issue does not really occur in Kuantan ^_^ Well, just at some point of time. Generally, I'm a person who loves nature and really appreciate every little thing that everyone has done to make the world a better place to live in, or at least not making it worse.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

One of the backpacker members left a link in his blog. It linked up to a story about CS. I read it and find it a real interesting community. Then registered to be a member, trying to be a part of the wonderful community.

Interests

Reading and dreaming. In sports wise, I love it but never an expert in any sport. Anyway, I jog, swim, brisk walk.. etc. As long as I enjoy it.. ^_^

Music, Movies, and Books

At this very moment, I can only recall of this book titled "The Geography of Bliss" where the writer has traveled across the globe in search of the definition of 'happiness' in different part of the world. Smirking to myself right now, I wonder if I could complete the list of countries that the writer had went to complete his book. Some day... and that should likely to be 'now' ^.^

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sharing the very last few bars of snickers I had to the children in the hills as I trek along to Poon Hill in Nepal and the feeling is really good. For these children appreciate the little snack with full of satisfaction and happiness. Whereas, I wonder how many in the city will be easily satisfied for the little things or gestures we bump into daily? I then once again reminded myself on how lucky I am and it is important to be grateful and keep being better from day to day.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have a fair bit of my own life journey to share, but it's going to be really naggy and once I start with it, it wouldn't be good, really ^.^ In fact, from time to time, there are always wiser people out there who always fascinated me with their adventures and findings, at least if I don't get to do it or experience it, I get to feel it at least a little.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Some Chinese dishes... or probably some messed up dishes that came from a combination of different cultures, which is a very Malaysian way, where we have the Malay food, Indian food, Western food and Chinese food. Thus, we tend to mixed up many ways of here and there, and turns out to be different kind of food. It may be delicious, or it may be not. It's 50-50 ^.^
