Hello, my name is Angel. I'm a Chinese girl, I'm a master student of University of Manchester, I will graduate on September and I plan to travel to Europe ,to experience the amazing different culture . I am a friendly, easy-going girl, I'm not a professional traveler, but I love travel much, I ever traveled from Sichuan province of china to Nepal by bike, It took me two month to cover more then 4000 kilometers, through the Lhasa and Everest Base Camp, finally reached Katmandu. Travel is my precious experience in my life. I love the feeling on the road, I'd like to make friends from different culture, we could share our stories, I think everyone is an interesting book if you wonder read it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's almost my first time to couch-surfing, but I know this way to travel for a long time. One of my friends is a travel aficionado, he always travel to different countries and spend time with local people, he shared me a lot of stories about his hosts, it's really attractive. I also want to try this way to travel.
The traveler was active, they went strenuously in search of people, of adventure, of experience. The tourist is passive, they expect interesting things to happen to them. They goes “sight-seeing. I want to be a traveler instead of tourist.
The most important reason why I choose couchsurfing is that I wish meet more friends in different places, I hope I could know one place from people who live there.

Interests

I love traveling and biking, I usually combined them. I also like swimming, I ever did a part time job as a swimming teacher. I like paragliding and I plan to study that this year.

I could cook Chinese food, I can't say I'm good at cooking , but most of my friends like my cooking, so I think it's not bad, ^_^！So if you would like to try some Chinese food, I could cook for you.
