ABOUT ME

I'm very calm, quiet person. I don't smoke, I drink alcochol but not really much. I'm friendly and funny. I love to read and to meet interesting people. I LOVE to laugh, people constantly tells me that I laugh about everything! I also like to go to the activities that my city offers, San José is really interesting and there's always something to do.
I am open minded, I am straight but I don't care about sexual preferences.
I like nature really much and I'm always trying to take care of it. Also, I am a family person, there's nothing more important to me, my family is big and I love that, we are really close to each other.
I like the city, the mountains and the beach. I am from Guanacaste and it's a warm city with plenty of beaches, now I live in the city and there are mountains really close which I enjoy visiting.
I don't like partying, but I can go for a couple of beers once in a while.

PHILOSOPHY

When it comes to religion I really can't say I have one because I don't. I do believe there is a God that created where we live, but I don't think he really cares about humans behavour whatsoever.
So as for now my motto is "Carpe Diem".

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've been using couchsurfing for the past 2 years and I've met some really amazing people. I've had great experiences so far.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

No one has ever stayed at my place, but I've met people and then walk around with them to the city. I love the couchsurfing group from Costa Rica. They are incredibly nice and gentle.

Interests

I love to read, I'm studying literature. I'm also interested in philosophy. Ancient and modern philosophy most of all.
I like meeting people, I don't care go talking to an strange person, but I like polite, cult, and nice people. I don't think I like people who can be rough and use offensive language. Respect about people believes are priority to me, so I expect you respect the way I think, and I will respect you.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't watch TV that much, but when I do I love to watch Pride and prejudice, the Lord of the rings, the hobbit, Friends, How I met your mother.
When it comes to music I have to admit that I like rock really much, especially OLD, like pearl jam, the beatles, Led zeppelin, AC/DC, Pink Floyd, Alice in Chains. That's not the only kind of music I like, I can listen anything and I respect what other people likes.
I like so many book that I can't write all of them, but I can say I like Edgar Allan Poe, Dostoyesvki, Umberto Eco and Homer. I am studying literature so you'll understand when I say I can't talk to much about that because I get too excited haha.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveled by myself to New York City. I got lost a couple of times but I made it haha.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would like to learn any other language or at least words from the place I will stay. I can teach how to cook traditional dishes from Costa Rica or words in spanish also. The most I would like to learn it's about CULTURE, couchsurfing it's suppossed to be about this, right?!
