About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I work to make money to travel :D one of my current projects is a novel I'm working on right now and would love to keep on drawing wich is my favorite hobby... currently visiting Europe but my next goal is India!
ABOUT ME
31 years old, I don't smoke, love electronic music, love to travel and want to get to know as much countries as possible, love going out with my friends, I like art films but also appreciate commercial movies; I'm a big (huge) arts fan, who loves to draw, paint, to make digital art, and sports too: I try to go to the gym every day, love swimming and bicicle riding. Honestly I'm not very good at football, but i can appreciate a good match. I read a lot, I'm a huge russian authors fan like Gogol and Dostoyevsky, I also like latin american literature wich i fond full of passion and magic. I have to confess that I'm a workaholic from monday to saturday evening, but I'm so passionate about what I do, that it's hard not to be!
I am fluent in Spanish, english and french. I'm still a beginner in mandarin and german; so If you speak any of these, we can interact easily.
PHILOSOPHY
Knowledge makes you free, and traveling makes knowledge! You should be always willing to share what you learn with others if you want this world to be a better place.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I host, I surf. I also tell people about the CS project which I find absolutely amazing. If we interact through the community, you can always expect feedback ager your stay with me, of hosting me, because I think this strongly enriches the CS community.

Interests
Books: Just love the classics an I'm addicted to Russian authors like Dostoyevsky, Gogol, Mijail Bulgakov and so on... other authors I enjoy greately are Oscar Wilde, Haruki Murakami, Bannana Yoshimoto, Julio Cortazar, Laura Restrepo, Carlos Ruíz Zafón, Jorge Ibarbuengoitia, and much, much others (Would describe me as a bookworm)
electronic music: Could dance all night with some nice trance, progressive, techno or tribal beats. When alone at home I enjoy Opera, classical music and well, must confess that those sticky pop-comertial songs can pull me to the dance floor too! hahaha. I just don't enjoy country music. Bores me.
Sports: I enjoy going to the gym, I also take Hatta Yoga, Kick Boxing and enjoy swimming which is actually my favorite sport. I suck at football (Soccer for the americans), the only sports I like watching on TV are Figure skating, Gymnastics (during the Olympics), Diving and swimming competitions. I Also enjoy a good football match or watching the superbowl only if I have am with other people who actually enjoy watching those and explain them to me (with a couple of beers and snacks obviously ;) )
I love kayaking but I'm still a beginner, and would really love to learn wind surfing. I saw it once in California and spoke with some kite surfers and just found it fascinating.
Painting and drawing: Could do it all day long...
Sculpure: Michelangelo is just the best sculptor ever. Rafaello in the other hand, the best painter. No doubt about that. I am a huge plastic arts fan.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Iguazu falls are just amazing!! I did the boat trip UNDER the falls and it was just Unbelievable!
Sunset on the eastern mexican coast.
Oktoberfest in Munich.
But the most amazing of them all: Love.

Another Couchsurfer posted this article on his profile, and I think everyone willing to couch surf, should take a couple of minutes to read it:
http://couchwiki.org/en/How_to_be_a_good_guest
Some of the stuff in there might seem obvious, but I think being polite and respectful towards guests and hosts should be a core value among the Couchsurfer community.
When going to Europe, PLEASE check the electricity connections (plugs) in the country you are visiting! and the voltage they use is also incredibly important! It's ben a headache when you try to plug your stuff and it just doesn't work. In Mexico like in the US, we use 110v (half of what they use in Europe) so, if your stuff works with 220v, it will take twice as long to charge in Mexico and the US, BUT IF YOU ARE USED TO 110v BE CAREFUL!! if you just plug your stuff to a 220v plug YOU ARE SURE TO RUIN IT!!!! use ALVAYS a voltage converter. no exceptions. (here in Latin America we run on 110v power).
