ABOUT ME

Hello everyone :) My name is Jihee and I was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea. I'm a university student and my major is English Linguistics and Literature and Education. After I finished my second year of university, I took a year off and went to Canada. I had an amazing one year in Toronto. I Miss you all :( Now that I came back to Korea, I'm back in university, but still don't know what I want to do in the future. Trying to figure it out ;)

PHILOSOPHY

I try to enjoy every single moment. And always thank for the things that I have rather than complaining about the things that I don't have.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love traveling, and I think traveling is not just about sightseeing but also about experiencing! Like meeting new friends who live there and listening what they explain about the area, doing what do they usually do, not the tourists, experiencing their culture as much as I can, and when they travel to where I live, I do the same things that they did to me :) I think that's what makes travel more travel.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

When I went to Europe alone about two years ago, I couch surfed and it was such an awesome experience. I will never forget those precious memories and moments :) Also my trips in Canada.

Probably everything that I did in Canada? Cause it was my first time to live in a different country.

I'm always ready to learn! I think you can always learn from everything, even though it's something bad. And if you're interested, I can share you my life in Seoul and Toronto, and my opinion about those two cities. And of course Korean culture and language as well!
