ABOUT ME

As a Wisconsinite, I learned at a young age how to shovel driveways, recognize Brett Favre's drawl, and pay my respects to the Dairy Council. I horrified my parents by studying cultural and social anthropology in college, but it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Here's to you, my alma mater, for showing me that our own lives can be so much stranger than any society dreamed up by Malinowski or Evans-Pritchard.

I like eating vegetables, running, watching baseball, and culture. There's nothing I enjoy more than a good cup of coffee and I will go to great lengths to get my daily fix.(But don't call me addicted.) Books are also high on my list of likes, but I also appreciate good TV when I see it. Excuse the hyperbole, but Arrested Development is the greatest TV show ever.

Muzyka, filmy i książki

By the time I list some of the bands that I like, I probably will have five new ones to put here. But for the ages, I can't forget to mention Sufjan Stevens, Daft Punk, and of course, the Boss.

I enjoy most movies, I have little patience for understated, slow-paced "indie" films. I've tried three separate times to watch Garden State and I've fallen asleep every single time.

I like reading.
