I was born in Germany but raised in Mexico.
There is no country I call homeland, no nation I feel affilliated with.
I see myself as a nomad, a restless wanderer.

Other than that,
I'm much into art. All kinds of art. From sculpturing to cinema.
I love rawness. In nature, in people.
Rawness, simplicity, diversity.

What passionates me most about travelling is getting to know the different cultures, people and ways of living around the world. Breathing a different air. Seeing through other's eyes.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Yes: because of my low budget.
And yes: because this is a tiny protest against the world consumerism we are trapped in.

But mainly: staying with locals, getting to know them and their city throughout their perspective, beeing around people, sharing... all that enrichens the experience. It allows me to interact, to give and take rather than passively consume.
I think staying with locals is a more intense and authentic way of getting to know a country and its culture.
