PHILOSOPHY

Evolution. were developing all the time, were learning each second, i believe u can choose to be aware of the process or just let it fly by you. i try has much as i can to be aware of it, i find the changes fascinating, and it gives me a lot of stuff to think about.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did 2 vipasana retreat's which were amazing.
And also i lived for 2 weeks with a friend in the middle of the desert, which was a pretty unique experience.
