ABOUT ME

Caroline Traynor Bohny born in Ireland. I have 5 children and am qualified and experienced as a Manager and also as a teacher of English and Yoga and Reiki. My work has taken me to lots of different cities and countries, including: Paris, London, Saudi Arabia, New York, Bangkok, Hong Kong and Barcelona.
I have been living and working in Morro Jable, Fuerteventura for the past 10 years. I have been working with the "auxiliar de conversación" project for 9 years in Fuerteventura and currently working as an English language "Conversation Assistant" in two schools, as well as giving private English and Yoga classes. In addition I have experience giving workshops to children in schools on "Learning English through Yoga", workshops for teachers on "Yoga for Teachers", and "Stress Management" and "Teachers can speak English too".

PHILOSOPHY

As a person I am sincere, strong and reliable and my view on life and how we can live is: Energy, Balance and Evolution (the 3 E's :Energia, Equilibrio, Evolución).
Looking at our own individual energy levels, bringing our phyiscal, emotional and mental bodies into harmony and balance and then opening ourselves up to be able to receive and give more on all levels, personal, professional and universal.
