ABOUT ME

I enjoy being outdoors in nature and live close to lakes and forrests - so I am always out hiking, cycling, swimming and exploring.
I have an 8-year old son and we love visiting local saunas and waterparks.
I have been doing and teaching yoga for 12 years and appreciate the balance it gives to my brain, spirit and soul. But I am not too holy and sometimes I smoke a cigarette or two and have some good Bavarian Beer. :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have a quiet room and mulitple mattresses and a couch. There is room for up to 3 people to stay and I am more than happy to show them around.

Yoga, Wado Ryu Karate , swimming, cycling, cooking with friends, music (all kinds except country, opera and free jazz), saunas, reading, watching good movies and sometimes brew Beer.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Seeing cities like New York, Hong Kong, Los Angeles and Mexico City. Hitchiking from the border of Guatamala and Mexico up to Seattle and through the rest of the United States all the way to New York, when I was 20. Driving through the Scottish Highlands in an old Mercedes Benz.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to teach cooking, yoga and how to use natural herbs and vegetables from the forrest.
