Hello!
I am currently living and exploring Western North Carolina, and the entire Southeast region of the United States, while deepening my knowledge of appalachian plants and traditional music (shape note singing, old time and bluegrass). I am starting a new position in Nebo, NC in January 2019 / East of Asheville.

I love to meet new people who are totally like minded or otherwise quite different and challenge my frame of reference.

Interests

As I mentioned I teach yoga and would be happy to provide a lesson or some tips. I love to garden and will have some tools on me so can help out with winter pruning needs you may have. I love to go for long walks outdoors and hiking; however not alone. If you have any recommendations I welcome them. I prefer to cook all my meals if possible, and prefer obtaining food from Farmer's Markets which basically means organic. I love to practice music as much as possible as well as to sing. I also love a quiet night in just reading or journaling.

I will re-emphasize here that I am available for teaching yoga or gardening. These are life loves and skills I can provide. Otherwise, I am happy to share my cooking (you better like vegetables!) or if you like playing music perhaps we can jam a little bit.
