ABOUT ME

We met while travelling around Australia. We worked together on cotton farms and outback pubs and after our time in Aussie, we lived in Germany for awhile and travelled to lots of great places in Europe. Eventually, we felt the urge to study and that's how we ended up in Wellington, down here in NZ. I'm doing a masters in Marine Biology and James studies Psychology and German. There is a saying "you cant beat Wellington on a sunny day"...and its true! It's a cool place to live, theres always something going on, and the night life is great! Theres lots of outdoor stuff too, like diving, surfing, Mountain-biking and tramping etc

We recently moved out to Island Bay on the beautiful rugged south coast of Wellington, and we really like it. Very peaceful, yet still close to the city center. There is a seal colony about an hours walk from here, and we get great sun sets with views of the ocean and south island.

We are both friendly down to earth people who love life. We enjoy meeting new people and learning about the cultures of our CS guests while sharing a slice of Kiwi life with them.

Jeannine: bungy jumping in cairns, diving on the great barrier reef, met mickey mouse at disney world in miami, hiked franz josef glacier in nz, etc...

James: Lived in the bush with Aborigines playing music and star gazing by the fire.

Together: maniac helicopter rides in the australian outback, visited colosseum and vatican in rome
