ABOUT ME

I am 63 but don't let that put you off. Maturity is not my forte. I was actively pursuing my law career (criminal defense, mental health law) when my parents decided to get old 8 years ago. I am an only child. Needless to say, my life has drastically changed. Cannot do it all, but must do some, so I'm only working enough to survive financially (I am self-employed). I have 2 grown children and 1 grandchild - none of them live nearby. I was reintroduced to knitting some 7 years ago - so I do a lot of social knitting. With the change in my lifestyle, I have not gotten out a lot lately, but I am an expert at finding fun things to do - no matter where I am.

My interests are sports - playing some and watching some (tennis, Badger basketball & volleyball) - and other random sports. Knitting & books on tape are also interests along with way too much TV. I grew up on rock & roll - so that's my favorite music - although I do branch out. Beer is my drink of choice, although wine & soda are great choices. I love to travel but have done way to little lately. That is about to change.

PHILOSOPHY

You are never too old to explore new things. It is time now to begin a new adventure with my life.
