Sam - I am a lifelong learner, a gregarious introvert, and a jill of all trades.

Sarah - I like good stories, old bikes, and animals dressed as humans. Also, I have been known to mumble heartily, particularly in my sleep.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We want YOU (interesting, open-minded, warm-hearted, adventurous individual) to come meet us!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Sam - I had my first CouchSurf experience in January 2013 in Northern Cali - my two cousins and I were taken in by a friend Dan just to let us crash at his place for a night. Though the stay was brief, it was an awesome experience. What a friendly, helpful guy.

CS Adventure #2 occurred in June 2013, when my sister and I desperately needed a soft surface to rest on before our Tough Mudder in Avon, Colorado. Phil and his roommates were so rad! Spent the evening in the company of a laid-back, talented, and full personalities. Obviously my sister dominated (read: were destroyed by) the Mudder.

We look forward to being able to host and provide the same experience for other Surfers. You, dear reader, perhaps?

Zainteresowania

Outdoorsy activity every day. Growing and cooking our own food. Taking joyrides on our vintage tandem bike, Schwinnie Cooper. Local brews and a hot cup of coffee.

Sarah's most recent indulging in music includes (but is not limited to): Old Crow Medicine Show, Macklemore, The Lumineers, Lauryn Hill, and repeated dance parties to "Blurred Lines."

On Books:

Sam's Personal Library is an ever-expanding institution that has an acceptance rate of approximately 30%. Her current collection features some of these outstanding reads:

Tiny Beautiful Things, The Help, The Fault In Our Stars, Gone Girl, Let My People Go Surfing, Harry Potter (duh), 1984, Bossypants, Yes Please, The Great Gatsby, the Book Thief, The Bell Jar, Angels & Demons, The Dog Stars, Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close, In Defense of Food, and The Time Traveler's Wife.

Jedna niesamowita rzecz, którą zrobiłem(-am)

Sam has memorized 30 digits of pi. (Which she will recite upon personal request from any/all Couchsurfing guests.... talk about incentive!!!)

Sarah has effectively and gradually eradicated her severe allergies over a grueling, years-long process of allergen injections. Just ask her for more information on this mind-blowing feat. (UPDATE: it turns out that allergen injections are kind of a sham.)
