CURRENT MISSION

Hey all! I love to travel, mostly to look at art. I really love couchsurfing (both using this, and the old fashioned way, with friends-of-friends-of-friends) as a way of traveling on the cheap and getting to know awesome people all over the place.

ABOUT ME

Most of my life revolves around art. I'm either making it or teaching it or looking at it. I also love old movies and novels, and trying new kinds of food. I also love to cook.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I live with my family in Brooklyn, which makes hosting here difficult. However I'm always happy to take people to my favorite museums or my favorite restaurants (did you know there are more different kinds if food in New York than anywhere else in the world?!).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Best couchsurfing experience was a trip I took with my twin sister after high school. We travelled around Europe looking at art and stayed exclusively with people we met online and friends-of-friends. In Paris we stayed with the niece of an old colleague of my father's who not only showed us around, but became good friends with us and introduced us to all her friends.

Hitchhiked along a highway to see a single painting in some remote village... oh wait, I've done that a ton of times!
