About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Exploring this amazing world full of adventure and intrigue. I am not easily bored and often find hidden gems in my own city.
ABOUT ME
Whether you are looking to crash or see the city, I'm happy to oblige. After 7+ years in Austin riding bikes, motorcycles, and even horses around town, there's always more to see. I'm proud to be a Texan and make a living selling homes, making art and managing the oldest theatre in Austin.
PHILOSOPHY
Treat others better than you'd like to be treated.
Say YES
Ride a bike.
Fix it yourself, or find someone who can.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Saying yes, learning every day, daring greatly. Doing what I say I will and helping people with whatever skills I have.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Hosting is often where you'll find me, and when I can, I surf it up. Looking to get tons of good CS Karma.
Interests
I ride bikes a lot and have a few motorcycles I'm working on. Play the harmonica and interested in jamming if you're traveling with instruments. I love talking about music theory if that's your thing.
I go out and see music a few nights a week and love to dance.

Music, Movies, and Books
Daring Greatly, The Compound Effect, Ender's Game, Paddle Your Own Canoe. Mostly non-fiction, personal growth, and Sci-Fi.
Roots Reggae, Blues, Iggy Azaelea, Conscious Hip-Hop
So many movies...anything that's worth watching.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've seen some amazing sunsets all over the world. Australia, Israel, and Upstate New York come to mind.
Saw a fight between a cab driver and a guy on a scooter in Seoul where the cab driver got out and tried to stop the scooter from riding away and ended up "skiing" on the back of the scooter through and intersection.
Teach, Learn, Share
I play harmonica and a few other random instrucments. Studied some music theory. Love to play music when I can.
I know how to work on engines (motorcycle, car), as well as bicycles.
I can cook French, Caribbean, Indian, Israeli, American, Vegan/Vegetarian, just about anything... I've worked in some amazing restaurants so I love to use fancy ingredients as well as teach people a proper win presentation (good for showing off if you make someone a romantic dinner).
I am an efficient traveler who is always adventuring, even in my home city. I've climbed mountains, camped in the winter, lived on a few dollars a day, and also know how to have fun in a 5 star hotel.
I'm pretty good at what I know and would love to share any other random knowledge I may have.
