Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I used CS the first time in summer 2008 when Elita hosted me in Riga. I had an amazing time there and I'm happy that Elita made my first experience so memorable :)
I hosted Florian and after that Barbara at my place and it was really great, I just wish I had more time to spend with them but I had to work at the same time :/
Jenna and I couchsurfed Steffen's couch in Frankfurt and during the same trip we met a lot of nice people in Barcelona and Dublin, thanks to Couchsurfing.
Interests
I've been interested in foreign languages and different cultures for like uhm, forever. That's why I've studied quite a few languages at school but unfortunately I've forgotten a lot when I haven't been able to use or hear them anywhere.
I have to say school and work are keeping me pretty busy but whenever I have some free time, I try to catch up with my friends, go shopping or try to figure out some other ways to spend my time. Sometimes a nice evening at home, watching TV and eating ice cream, can be the best thing in the world :)

Music, Movies, and Books
My all time favorite movie without a doubt is Le Fabuleux Destin D'Amelie Poulain. Other great ones are The Butterfly Effect, The Lord of the Rings and P.S I Love You.
I like listening to R&B 'coz it makes me wanna dance. I won't even try to write down some kind of a list of my favorite artists or songs 'coz it would go on and on.
I love reading books, mainly 'coz if I have time to grab a book and start reading, it means I don't have absolutely any school projects to do. My favorite authors are Cecelia Ahern and Sophie Kinsella.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Probably the most amazing thing I've done in my life is moving to Italy alone when I was 18. That experience really made me grow up and it helped me to get rid of my shyness so now that I think about it, I'm sooo glad I had the courage to do it!
