ABOUT ME

I am 31 years old, Freelance Translator and Interpreter from Bucharest. I am also an Animal Rescuer, I save hundreds of dogs and cats abandoned on the streets and find them adopters in Romania and abroad. I have around 25 dogs and 8 cats now, I am taking care of them each day, I clean their kennels, I take them food and water, I have a lot of work as you can imagine, I could say I am running a mini private shelter for the animals in need. And even it is very difficult what I am doing now, I have a great satisfaction in the end, when I see them happy in their new families :)

I am a very communicative person, open minded, cheerful, with sense of humour, I love to meet people all over the world, to discover new countries, new places, to see all the beautiful places. I love to go out with my friends, I love to cook, to walk in the park, to see a nice movie or to read a good book, I like to party and to dance. And needless to say again that I LOVE ANIMALS very much.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

If all this may sound interesting to you then looking forward to meet you! You just have to let me know when you are coming to Bucharest. Unfortunately I cannot host as I live in a very small rented appartment with a lot of animals but I am glad to join you for a city tour or a drink, a party, whatever you would like to do here in Bucharest.

Interests

The main interests are the translations that I am performing each day and saving animals, finding homes/adopters for the ones who need it

One of my hobbies is learning foreign languages: I have fallen in love with Italy and the italian language as well and that's why I have decided to become a Freelance Translator and Interpreter.

I have studied French, Russian, English and Italian and I would also like to study Spanish, German and Turkish.

For me CouchSurfing is a great opportunity to practice my foreign language skills, to make a lot of friends and to have a great time with them!
